I provide a relaxed, modern, meticulous service and have over 20 years’ experience of the wedding and events industry.
At your first consultation you will be at ease straight away, so that you can fully enjoy every part of your wedding journey, from the initial ideas stage through to the big day itself.
I can help you with everything from venue styling and sourcing of individual elements, through to complete wedding planning and management and on-the-day coordination!

Event styling for all occasions
Ruby Rands provide bespoke event styling and dressing for weddings, parties and corporate events as well as working with venues, marquee and temporary structure suppliers and other wedding and event planners. We also provide event styling for outdoor events and festivals as well as film and photographic shoots.
After your initial consultation we create your unique concept board to help you visualise straight away just how beautiful your wedding or event will be with us!

If you are organising a party, wedding or outdoor event and have a marquee or structure hire requirement, talk to us.
Ruby Rands has access to a wide range of structures, from traditional canvas pole tents, through to stretch tents, tipis and big tops.
Whether you are organising a small back garden event in the countryside, a wedding for 500 or a large outdoor event needing multiple structure types we can help.
All of our temporary structure partners will install your tent to the highest safety standards and to maximum effect, using multiple applications and configurations to fit even the trickiest of spaces.
We also provide a range of services to finish off: including lighting, flooring, heating and dressing and styling.
We offer a full range of marquees and structures as well as a tent styling & dressing service. We also provide bell tent & tipi camping villages for multiple guests!
